We are currently seeking full-time, self-motivated inside sales Account Executives. This is a telecommuting sales position contacting and selling recruitment solutions to engineering employers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B/Professional service selling with a Human Resource background preferred.

 

The candidate will be responsible for prospecting for new business through cold and warm lead generation. Some leads will be provided. The qualified Account Executive will possess a can-do, ambitious and resilient attitude and can demonstrate being a top sales performer. The desire to be a part of a growing recruitment firm is a must.


Responsibilities and Requirements:

·      Minimum of 2 years of B2B & professional services sales experience required.

·      Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software such as: Salesforce or Zoho.

·      Responsible for entering, maintaining and updating contacts and leads via CRM software.

·      Comfortable and confident in making heavy cold and warm calling.

·      Developing and maintaining new client relationships through cold calling and client relationship development and management.

·      Able to cope positively with rejection.

·      Identify and qualify viable prospects while meeting monthly quota.

·      Able to work virtually and effectively with minimal supervision.

·      Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills with a consistent work ethic is vital.

·      Must be capable of managing the sales process via needs analysis, presentations, and closing solution selling.

·      Have a home office set up including: PC, Internet, phone, scanner, Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.

·      Capable of maintaining confidentiality and open communication with Senior Executives.

·      A cooperative spirit willing to work as a team to accomplish company goals.

·      Human Resources background is preferred.

This is a commission only position with residual and high income potential and no cap.
