Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the process for transportation of people and material. Maintain inventories of goods and materials for multiple areas of responsibility. Provide Logistics and Supply support, including spare or replacement parts and supplies.

Required Education:
Requires BS/BA degree.
DAWIA Level I and Level II certification desired.

CAPM or Project+ certification desired.
Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification a plus.
Required Work Experience:
Requires 5-8 years of logistics experience supporting deployable environments. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.

Marketing Concepts is currently hiring ambitious and career-minded individuals to join our management team. All team members must first complete our fast paced 6-10 month, 3 phase management training program. The training program provides in depth training in marketing campaign management.
Phase 1: Account Executive (2-4 weeks)
The first phase is an orientation into marketing. Account Executives will be trained in all aspects of business to business sales and marketing. The skills that are learned in this introductory phase will be a basis for the career to follow. Skills that will be learned in Phase 1 include:
New Customer Acquisition
Existing Customer Retention
Basic Sales Techniques and Tactics
Public Speaking
Phase 2: Corporate Trainer (4-6 months)
The second phase of training is designed to be a crash course in general team management. In this phase Corporate Trainers will get hands on experience in managing a small team of people. Corporate Trainers are also given the opportunity to run satellite offices in other cities throughout the US. The skills that will be learned in Phase 2 include:
Interviewing and Hiring
Training and Developing New Employees
Basic Marketing Campaign Management
General Team Management
Phase 3: Assistant Manager (2-3 months)
The Assistant Manager Phase is the final phase of training. Assistant Managers will take a step back and learn all the back end work that is involved with managing a marketing campaign for our clients. They will also be given the opportunity to run the overall development and administration of a marketing campaign. The skills that will be learned in Phase 3 include:

This job involves face to face SALES to new business prospects
Upon successful completion of the training program, new managers will be assigned a client. This will entail leading a team of 20-30 people overseeing all aspects of the client's marketing campaign.
